Shipping Information:
Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. If for some reason an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you immediately for further instructions on how to proceed with your order. Most packages under 30 lbs will be shipped via USPS priority mail. All orders above 30 lbs will be sent via FedEx Ground. Please notify us with any special shipping instructions.
Refunds and Returns: If for some reason you decide that the item ordered will not work for you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for a RMA number. No returns or refunds past the 7 days. You will be issued a full refund minus the shipping charge.
If we accidentally ship you the wrong product, please notify us and we will make the arrangements to correct your order immediately.
